1. What we collect

• Account information: name, email address, password (hashed), business name, and any profile fields you provide.
• Google Sign-In data: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and Google profile picture URL. We do not request access to your Google contacts, calendar, files, or any other Google service.
• Business operations data: bookings, customer records, services, staff schedules, payments — created by you and your team in the course of running your business.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and access timestamps, used for security, abuse prevention, and audit.

2. How we use it

• Provide and operate the service (authentication, booking management, notifications).
• Communicate service updates, billing, and account-security notices.
• Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorised access.
• Improve the product through aggregated, de-identified usage analytics.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the following categories of processors, strictly for service operation:

• Payment processors (Stripe) — for subscription billing.
• Email and SMS providers (Resend, Twilio) — for transactional notifications you trigger.
• Hosting and infrastructure (Vercel, our database host) — for running the service.

Each processor is bound by contractual data-protection terms.

4. Data retention

We retain account data for the lifetime of your account plus 90 days after deletion to satisfy security audit, billing, and dispute-resolution requirements. After that window we permanently delete or anonymise the data.

5. Your rights

You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time. Send a request to support@getluxebook.com from the email associated with your account and we will respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar storage solely for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking pixels or advertising cookies.

7. Children

LuxeBook is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age.

8. International transfers

Data is processed in the regions of our hosting providers (primarily United States and Europe). All transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced via in-app notice and email at least 14 days before they take effect.
